I was not expecting another Texas Clairslide, but here it is.
A clairslide is a cold air landslide, and it is defined by its momentum and clarity.
You can check momentum by looking a the surface air speeds.
All that cold air is sliding towards us again. Already the weather people are ratcheting down the expected minimums. Greenland is once again a light bulb. None of that stuff wants to go to Europe.
ps. noaa is still blank, must be bad. They are probably calling nasa - Houston, we have a problem.
pps. should wreak havoc with natgas. The new storage report shows a big dive to the bottom slurp.
