This picture is of a Heterogyra sp. coral fossil at the Museo di Paleontologia at Sapienza University of Rome Italy. Corals like this existed at the time of the Oligocene epoch of the Paleogene Period. The fossil was found in the Castelgomberto Formation of Monte Grumi Italy. Image taken in June 2014.
