Earthquakes - Noise Testing
Reference Yeah, people are picking up on my idea of noise testing. However, as usual with engineers, they got the physics wrong. They are claiming they can add information on the safety of the building 'after the fact', with no pre-testing. That's bogus. You need a noise test before and after the big earthquake. Then you can see if the building has softened. You get no new information
