Hudson Bay holds the line

 Hudson Bay is covered with 10% ice, and is still pouring out the heat energy.  It's keeping the whole Arctic above normal for this time of year.  The Arctic was warmer all summer and I'm sure the Bay enjoyed the weather.  Looks like it only has another week to save us.The cold is sneaking about Hudson Bay, and wants to hammer Texas, but the Bay is curving the wind away, so it just hits Toronto
