The Indigenous Mapping Network, a group that "empowers native communities by connecting them with the tools they need to protect, preserve, and enhance their way of life within their aboriginal territories," is having an organizing meeting at UC Berkeley on Wednesday, September 29th at 6pm. The meeting will be 112 Hilgard Hall, on the UC Berkeley Campus.
The IMN student chapter will welcome participants and discuss goals for the 2010-11 school year.
The IMN also has an online survey regarding goals for 2010-11 available for input.
