State of the Oceans - Pillage and Plunder 

 We are not heading to rationality, even though all the warmies are cast out into the frozen streets.  On the Rationality Scale of 1 to 5, 1 being Peter Pan, and 5 being Feynman, we are still cruising at 1.  The Mad Kings have gone to full plunder to build up untaxed fortunes.  The big problem is The Fractal Law of Self-Similarity that I always push for organizations. 

Weather continues to be stagnant
