Huge storm hits us

This is a warmie story!  A huge thunderstorm formed instantaneously over us and dumped 4 inches of rain, with a big blowdown.  This is the sizzling power line.  Toronto Hydro has a zillion of these, and can't do anything.  We have power because our transformer is energized, but the line is smoking.  The fire dept came and roped it off.When they fix the line, the whole street will be off again.If
