 This is the bulge forming.  An M6 or 7 will close up the stress disturbance, and be stable again for hundreds of years.ps.  if I wanted to work, I would look at the topography and put magnetic sensors along that zone.  Earthquakes are like lightning, in that they must send channels to smooth the stresses, in order for a big bump.
