Arctic enjoying record cold

 The Arctic is not going away, like it should.The temps are in record territory.  The ice extent should be curving down by now.  Since I want to garden, I'm not that happy.  The only fun thing is to wait for the 'official explanation' after the fact.  I'm sure it's going to be the Dancing Jet Stream.ps. the Arctic is still draining all over the UK area.
