Cold day in July

 A very unusual Pacific plume pattern shoves more cold air on Toronto.We have a straight-up plume from the West Pacific.A big cold blob coming down to fight the Gulf warm plume.  Lots of rain.We would normally expect the Pacific plumes to go flat and keep out the Arctic air, but this is not happening.ps.  I'm not laughing
