Extreme turbulence continues at Pacific equatorial belt
This is one fundamental thing that the weather people get wrong. They ignore ocean currents. There is extreme turbulence at the meeting of two major currents, and nobody measures it. The warm water from the north meets the cold water from the south. You can only get an idea of it from the existing maps. But this will never allow a 'pretty La Nina' forming.
