Stationary storm churns away, but not much rain

 Not much going on.  That storm is trapped, but it has dried out.  A new cold blob is sneaking down the side of the mountains.ps you can see the #2 hurricane starting up.  It has to go down another path, then all the heat energy of the Gulf will be used up.  No heat energy for the Atlantic.
